The 8belle Expert Rubber Base is a professional soak-off rubber base coat with a medium-thick, self-leveling consistency for a flexible, high-adhesion foundation under gel color. It works for standard base, nail building, extending and dual-form techniques, cures to a transparent finish with a dispersion layer, and is listed as HEMA-free and TPO-free. It cures in 60 seconds LED (120 seconds UV). Sold as a 0.24 fl oz (7 ml) bottle.
